Profile

Charmaine is a counsellor with more than a decade clinical experience working with a broad range of clients including adults, children, youth and families. She specializes in issues including, behavioral issues, emotional and self-regulation, self-esteem, trauma, self-harm, low motivation, parenting and family.

 

Charmaine uses an eclectic range of techniques including family therapy, dyadic approach, art therapy, sand tray, solution-focused brief therapy, Satir and CBT. She is also a registered counsellor with the Association of Psychotherapists and Counsellors, Singapore.

 

Trained in Psychology, Charmaine adopts a strength-based, systemic approach towards intervention and works with the client’s value system and self-motivation toward sustained change.
